Still no sign...

... of Aled Jones. This means he has a 100% absence ratio.

Aled would not turn up without good reason..

Aled has actually been very ill with a severe chest infection. For him not to honour a commitment is unheard of - he's often performed when unwell.

He's now back on Good Morning Sunday which all his fans were pleased to see.

As for his chances of working for the BBC again I don't think he's anything to worry about there. As the most popular presenter of Songs of Praise and also his Good Morning Sunday programme being only surpassed by Terry Wogan in listener numbers his future is looking good.

He's also got a great deal of work lined up for BBC TV in the next months. This in addition to a 2 months run in pantomime.

Aled Jones, who the F**k is Aled Jones? Just because he had a hit with "Walking in the air" before his balls dropped, why in the name in hell is he a "Celebrity" now?
He's a loser, and won't go out and get a "proper" job like the rest of us.
A DEAD BEAT!

The last comment really doesn't rate a reply, but to correct your misconception, it seems you are very much out of touch with the "Who's Who" of the current entertainment world. Aled is a very renowned baritone/tenor now (and has been so, professionally, since 2002) with a fabulous voice and a brilliant career as an adult in performing, presenting and broadcasting (plus he has a vast array of talents in other areas too).
I wonder would you be working close to 6 1/2 days a week, every week, as Aled does? Quite probably not, so in terms of Aled getting a "proper" job, he has several highly successful ones running concurrently.
Sweeping, erroneous statements such as yours, without researching any of the facts always fall flat on those who know the true picture.

Just to add... Aled recently became listed in "Who's Who" for his past and current wonderful achievements. Aled Jones is a delightful, successful and totally unpretentious man of enormous talent.
