Embarrassingly, as she comes from a family of crossword-addicts, Sarah is no good at doing crosswords.

SK’s cleaner woman who does all the scrubbing is called Jose.

Silly old Jose did a lot of scrubbing yesterday. So much in fact, that when it came to Ms K’s nightly bath, there was no hot water left.
