SKs in The Guardian, again!

"What could Sarah Kennedy have been thinking of last week, reviewing the press coverage of the "size zero" models story on her Radio 2 show? It was an "insult", she said, to "Japanese prisoners of war". Come again?"

See here: Size matters

Yes I was a bit confused too - POWs had no choice whereas these models can choose their lifestyle. Conversely one might ask if it's politically correct to berate "large" people for their size..
Personally I think it shows a lack of self respect letting yourself go to either extreme

Sarah K is a legend! Who gives flying sh*t what controversial comments she comes out with, not me for one, I'm waiting for her to make some remarks about Muslims, she must be fed up with them, like most of us are. Are ancestors who faught in the 2 world wars, must be pig sick to see the state of events now!
Remove the jihad if you wish to live as a british citizen, I bet there's no CoE churches in Pakistan and India! But we're overrun with mosques and gurudwaras here!

I can't believe that Sarah is receiving such sh*t from the powers that be. I couldn't believe it when I read an article in the Newspaper stating that the BBC Newsreader Fiona Bruce, was forbidden to wear her crucifix round her neck, for fear of upsetting public relations.
Lets join together and burn all saris and jihads known to man.
If we don't make a stand soon, this country will suffer irreperable damage, and it won't be from the so called "Global Warming" - Thats another story :)
