Photos and infected food
Lessons learned from today's show
Sarah Kennedy had to use a photo booth the other day. Unfortunately, the resulting snaps contained half a head and no ears.
SK and Dearly Beloved (aka Adrian) will not be throwing away their Sudan1-infected Worcester sauce.

Bing, King and thing
Lessons learned from today's show
Sarah Kennedy has only ever been to two gigs: Bing Crosby and Carole King.
Out of the blue, the telephone rang on Saturday night at 8pm. Unaccustomed to such calls, SK answered the phone in her nightie. It was Jude, a faux-Australian friend who announced he was coming over to stay at Kennedy Towers.

Sarah Kennedy on eBay
To be honest, the last two shows have not been of the high standard we come to expect from Sarah. However, there are some lovely SK things to buy on eBay. Have a look!

Smarties, lard and Psycho
Lessons learned from today's show
At the end of a dinner party, Sarah Kennedy likes nothing more but to get the Smarties out.
SK uses lard to make toad in the hole.
It took Sarah years to get over watching Hitchcock's Psycho.

Guy Henry's got some paid work at last
Lessons learned from today's show
Sarah Kennedy's great companion Guy Henry (aka It's Showtime! shouter) is on the telly tonight. Tune in to Channel Four at 9pm to see him. According to SK he has black bubbly hair and eyes like conkers.

Listening again
Lessons learned from today's show
Sarah Kennedy has listened to her show on the 'Listen again' feature twice. Unfortunately, it leaves her with an inferiority complex as she does not think she's good enough!

Chips, the Duke and kippers
Lessons learned from today's show
Sarah Kennedy ate some chips in the studio this morning to celebrate National Chip Week.
Apparently, Dearly Beloved (aka Adrian) looks like the Duke of Wellington.
Adrian saddled up to Sarah last night in bed, and apologised that he wouldn't be with her for Valentines Day but would make it up to her. This morning SK found a packet of boil-in-the-bag kippers in her handbag.

Going out and 2CVs
Lessons learned from today's show
Sarah Kennedy has not been out in the evenng for 11 years.
Instead, she goes out at lunchtimes with gentlemen friends.
To which, maneater Sally Boazman greedily piped up, "I'll have 'em!".
SK used to drive a rattley Citroen 2CV.

Bowles goes, Boazman comes
Lessons learned from today's show
Sarah Kennedy's travel woman, Lynn Bowles, is leaving the programme for 2/3 months. In a very tearful exchange, SK and Lynn swapped gifts. Sarah gave her champagne and Lynn provided some calendars of roundabouts. Saucy Sally Boazman will be taking Lynn's place.

Knickers, Dr John and Wogan
Lessons learned from today's show
Sarah Kennedy bucks the average trend for women spending £72 a year on underwear. When they get dirty, she simply turns her knickers inside-out.
SK told the story again this morning about the time Dr John stuck his hand up her skirt.
Did you know?
In tubby Terry Wogan's auto-biography 'Is It Me?', SK is described as 'talkative' and 'lively'.

Lessons learned from today's show
Sarah Kennedy had goose pimples all over this morning, as the studio was freezing cold, AGAIN!
Guy 'It's Showtime!' Henry has finally sold his car. When SK spoke to him on the phone, he was being driven down to Southampton docks by the new owner.

Teaching and Steptoe
Lessons learned from today's show
Sarah Kennedy used to be a teacher.
SK often used to see Wilfred Bramble walking around Pimlico. Apparently, he looked just like his Steptoe creation.
