Sarah will be on TV this weekend as part of the remembrance coverage for the BBC and BFBS on Saturday evening and then she will be on Radio Wales with Aled Jones at 10am on Sunday.
Lessons learned from today's show
Sarah has already had the flu twice this year. SK's speical advise is 'don't get out of bed too early, or you will prolong it'.
Sarah's not bored with David Beckham, but she is with Posh Beckham.
SK's off to South Africa soon - a brand new continent for her. Apparently she can't wait for 'her' Dearly Beloved to see his first lion.
Sarah's off to Salisbury today and shall report on the state of Basingstoke's and Andover's train stations tomorrow.
As per usual, Richard Allinson has been dribbling all over Sarah.
Lessons learned from yesterday's show
David Cassidy is allergic to cats. Sarah met him on the Gloria Hunniford show where Sarah was carrying Burnam and Much Beloved was holding 'silly old' Hector.
Sarah told Lynne Bowles that she looks 'quite like Elaine Page'. She's also going to lend Lynne a tape of the Henry VIII ITV drama - unless Much Beloved has wiped it.
Sarah berated Lynn today for wearing her ratting suit again - depite it being extremely hot in the studio (probably due to the Sarah Kennedy Radiator - see earlier post).
SK got bitten last night. Because of the bites, Richard Allinson refused to kiss her.
