Sarah regaled us with a funny story from listener Robin Gibblet. He went to the cinema to see Top Gun with his girlfriend. They started canoodling when Maria McKee came on, only for the young girl in front to turn round and drop her dripping ice cream into the man’s lap. ‘I thought you were suffocating the lady’, said the girl! This reminded Sarah of her first kiss, whilst watching The Curse of the Mummy’s Tomb.
Lynn Bowles has rudely been ordering Sarah that she must bring her back a present from South Africa – as long as it’s not peach jam.
Sarah will now be away for two whole weeks. She will be sadly missed.
