Driving around London
Lessons learned from today's show
Sarah calls her VW Beetle 'Bot' because that is what it says on the number plate.
She had some trouble getting to work this morning with someone who cut her up at some traffic lights. A while ago she used to have a cyclist follow her. It soon stopped when she said: 'See you on the mortuary slab, mate!'

Sarah's studio pic
Look who it is! Mad traffic woman Lynn Bowles! I never realised how close Sarah had to work with her.
Sleeping arrangements
Lessons learned from today's show
Sleeping was the topic today. Every weekend, Dearly Beloved (aka Adrian) asks Sarah if they can sleep in separate beds. Their relationship is OK, Sarah was quick to point out, it's just that she's programmed to wake up at 4am and disturb DB.
Apparently, DB does a lot of sleep walking, talking, singing and even dancing!

19 July 2004
French exchange, Tim Brooke-Taylor and volleyball
Lessons learned from today's show
Sarah experienced a terrible French exchange during her school days. She hated the horse meat, she had trouble with her nerves and her fellow Frenchie tried to seduce her.
SK was at Newbury horse races on Saturday. She was in a box courtesy of Weatherby’s and met Tim Brooke-Taylor who is a ‘very nice chap’. Sarah won £20 but good old Dearly Beloved (aka Adrian) managed to win £200!
Talking of Dearly Beloved, apparently he closely follows the Olympic sport of female beach volleyball.

Wimbledon finalist Maria Sharapova is Dearly Beloved's new favourite. However, although Sarah thinks she has a 'lovely body', she also thinks her face isn't up to much.
SK is off to Henley Regatta today -- but is not looking forward to it.
1 July 2004
Egg and spoon races
Lessons learned from today's show
Sarah excelled at hurdles and egg 'n' spoon races in her sports day days.
