Sarah's studio pic

Look who it is! Mad traffic woman Lynn Bowles! I never realised how close Sarah had to work with her.

Sarah and her arch nemesis -- Lenny Bowles

Sleeping arrangements

Dearly Beloved -- sleepwalking againLessons learned from today's show
  • Sleeping was the topic today. Every weekend, Dearly Beloved (aka Adrian) asks Sarah if they can sleep in separate beds. Their relationship is OK, Sarah was quick to point out, it's just that she's programmed to wake up at 4am and disturb DB.
  • Apparently, DB does a lot of sleep walking, talking, singing and even dancing!

Bowles -- ungrateful AND ungenerousLessons learned from today's show
  • Sarah has a cat called Echo.
  • Lynn Bowles is back from her holiday and she didn't even get SK a present! (Normally, Sarah buys her treats when she's away, such as lovely jams and shot glasses.)

    Matt Jones

  • Regrettably (for some), Lynn Bowles returns next week in place of Matt Jones.

    Dr Hook and Sarah's knee

Dr Hook once put his hand underneath Sarah Kennedy's skirt and touched her knee. This happened whilst SK was doing Armed Forces radio.
Hook -- inspired by Peter Pan

    Make-up, socks and East Grinstead

Socks -- Sarah's got loads of free ones now, thanks ppl!Lessons learned from today's show
  • When applying make-up, Dearly Beloved (aka Adrian) tells Sarah to 'powder long and powder hard'.
  • SK would like to thank eveyone who sent her socks (after her Sock Shop debacle).
  • Miss K used to live in East Grinstead, West Sussex.

    Young boys

Weasley -- gingerLessons learned from today's show
  • Yesterday Sarah saw a sight to warm the heart. A young Nigerian boy, a Sikh and a Ron-Weasley-from-Harry-Potter-lookalike getting along like a house on fire.

French exchange, Tim Brooke-Taylor and volleyball

Beach volleyball -- Dearly Beloved's favouritest sport (after boring old horse racing)Lessons learned from today's show
  • Sarah experienced a terrible French exchange during her school days. She hated the horse meat, she had trouble with her nerves and her fellow Frenchie tried to seduce her.
  • SK was at Newbury horse races on Saturday. She was in a box courtesy of Weatherby’s and met Tim Brooke-Taylor who is a ‘very nice chap’. Sarah won £20 but good old Dearly Beloved (aka Adrian) managed to win £200!
  • Talking of Dearly Beloved, apparently he closely follows the Olympic sport of female beach volleyball.
